Risk Management Workshop

Every project must meet its predefined requirements, timetables, and budget. However, there are numerous and varied potential risks that may cause a project to fail to achieve some or all of its objectives. For this reason, risk management has been gaining importance in the project management. For project professionals, risk management is a key tool their toolbox.

The objective of the workshop is for participants to acquire risk management skills and methods to implement them in projects, and to learn how to predict most of the potential risks in a project before it begins and how to properly prepare for problems and mitigate them as much as possible.

Workshop duration: one day

Target audience: project managers, team leaders, systems analysts

The workshop follows the following agenda

• basic terminology,
• types of risks,
• assessing and understanding risks,
• preparation in order to prevent risks,
• tracking and managing risks, and
• practice session on identifying and analyzing risks.

Participants will receive a “Smart” Excel file for risk management in the organization.
